Villa Gaia is the only single-leveled villa of the three, a cave villa occupying 85 sq.m. Total white dominates the spaces which blend tastefully with blue-green shades.
An impressive hanging table, uniquely separates the single space of the kitchen and the living room while the energy saving fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art white appliances, the two large sofas offer comfort and relaxation while the unique chandelier matches beautifully with the villa’s modern features.
Gaia has two bedrooms, two bathrooms equipped with designer toiletries, storage spaces and a separate laundry room.
One bedroom has a built-in bed measuring 160cm×200cm and a special open wardrobe. The second bedroom has a 180cm×200cm bed which can be separated into two single beds. The mattresses are anatomic and hypoallergenic.
The villa has large openings that allow abundant natural light to reach all the interior areas. The windowpanes are of modern technology and of high protection, whereas there are electric shutters that provide total blackout when needed.
The single outdoor area is 180 square meters. The pool with the overflow system and the Jacuzzi, the comfortable deck chairs, the built-in dining area and the built-in barbeque enhance the feeling of relaxation and promise many hours of fun. The traditional stone work and the built-in spaces blend harmoniously with the enchanting landscape.
Villa Gaia can accommodate 4 to 6 persons. The area is accessible to people with disabilities. Outside the large window panes of the villa, there are electric shutters that provide total blackout if needed.
